We are urgently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to work as mystery shoppers for our new projects in the South Lebanon region. This is a part-time, flexible role that involves visiting various businesses, acting as a regular customer, and evaluating the quality of customer service, product knowledge, and overall store experience.




Responsibilities


Visit designated stores and establishments in the assigned locations.

Interact with employees and observe their behavior, knowledge, and efficiency.

Evaluate the store's cleanliness, organization, and compliance with brand standards.

Document your observations and experiences accurately and impartially.

Complete detailed reports and surveys in a timely manner after each visit.

Maintain confidentiality regarding all project details and findings.



Requirements


Reside in or have easy access to the areas of Bint Jbeil, Hasbaya, Marjayoun, or Khiyam.

Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of integrity and reliability.

Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Access to a computer or smartphone to complete online reports.
