In addition to contacting health insurance companies to verify patients' benefits, and to resolve billing issues. This includes confirming insurance coverage details, eligibility, and ensuring that all required information are obtained. Your role is crucial in ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely information regarding their benefits, which directly impacts their overall experience with our services.

• Verify patients’ insurance benefits, eligibility, and coverage prior to services.
• Contact insurance companies to confirm benefits and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients and insurance representatives in a professional manner.
• Accurately document all insurance verification details in the system.
• Collaborate with billing and coding teams to ensure accurate claim submission.
• Assist in resolving denied claims by re-verifying and gathering additional information as needed.
