    Job Description

    We’re seeking a Senior Supply Chain Process Development & Performance Specialist who’ll support our Lead, Supply Chain Process Development & Performance in analyzing, improving, and optimizing the supply chain processes across Dmarts in all markets.


    Responsibilities:


    • Lead process assessments to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement within supply chain operations.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives that align with business objectives.


    • Design and implement best practices for the supply chain team to drive operational excellence.


    • Implementation and optimization of tools and systems to enhance the productivity of supply chain teams (e.g. reporting dashboards, driving product requests to improve on functionalities of existing tools).


    • Develop, document, and implement SOPs for all supply chain operations processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment across the organization.


    • Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect changes in business needs, technology, or industry standards.


    • Train relevant teams on new SOPs, ensuring smooth implementation and adherence to operational standards.
