Urgently hiring Customer Service Associate.

A well reputed delivery company based in Ardiya is looking for Customer Service Agents!

Customer service Associate.

-Respond to and resolve customer questions and problems

-Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

Maintain accurate records and update customer information.

-Communicate effectively and provide product knowledge.

-3 Years mandatory experience.

-Female candidates only.

-Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh nationals preferred.

-Fluent in English and Arabic mandatory.

Strong communication skills.

-Basic problem- solving and computer skills.

-High school diploma or equivalent.
