Position: Technical Workshop Manager – GPS & Telematics Installation

Details
Manage daily operations of the GPS/telematics installation workshop. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of technicians. Ensure high-quality installations and adherence to safety and technical standards. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs). Coordinate with project managers and clients to schedule and deliver installations on time. Maintain workshop inventory, tools, and equipment. Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service or technical workshop management. Previous experience with an authorized automotive dealership is strongly preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good understanding of automotive electrical systems (experience with GPS or telematics installations is an advantage). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making. Experience in team management to lead and coordinate a team effectively. Proficiency in technical support for diagnosing and resolving technical issues. Experience in research and development (R&D) for innovation and improvement. Skilled in project management for planning, executing, and completing projects. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
