Alsuhaili Trading and Development Company is looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Jeddah..


Only Saudi* Candidate




Job Title: Logistics Specialist.


 


Key Responsibilities:


Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations (inbound and outbound logistics).


Manage and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods.


Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers to arrange loading plans.


Prepare shipping documents for customs clearance such as (invoices, packing lists, SABER).


Maintain logistics records.


Optimize transportation routes and cost-effectiveness.


SABER registration follow-up and tracking.


Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and safety standards.


Handle logistics issues and resolve shipping or delivery problems.


Collaborate with other departments to align logistics activities with company goals.


 


Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.


2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.


Proficiency in logistics platforms such as Fasah, SABER, SLS.


Strong organizational and time-management skills.


Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping.


Language English / Arabic reading & writing.


Strong, demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
