 We’re Hiring! | Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Sharjah, UAE 




Are you an experienced PRO with a strong knowledge of UAE government processes and online portals? We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Public Relations Officer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE.


 What You’ll Do:


  Handle all company-related government transactions, including visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, and cancellations


  Manage online submissions and applications through MOHRE, Immigration, and other UAE government portals


  Maintain accurate records of all PRO-related documentation and transactions


  Liaise with government authorities to ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws


  Monitor deadlines to ensure timely processing of applications and renewals


  Prepare periodic reports for management on PRO activities


✅ What We’re Looking For:


1–3 years of proven PRO experience in the UAE


Strong knowledge of MOHRE, Immigration, and other UAE government portals


Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage


Valid UAE driving license preferred


Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently
