Job Description

You will join the Arla Qatar Sales team where you will be working together with skilled, positive and dedicated colleagues where a growth mindset, agility, and being frontline-obsessed is part of the everyday job.
You will work closely with our Sales Representatives and you will play a key role to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in the right quantity.
Your Main Responsibilities are:
Meeting order fulfilment objectives accurately and on time.
Receiving and inputting orders from Field Sales Representatives
Raising sales invoices to be processed by the warehouse
Provide administrative support to the sales team
Deal with all customers queries quickly, efficiently and cost effectively
Ensure all administrative paperwork systems are updated and that all required paperwork is completed in line with company guidelines
Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
Qualification and Experience:
You have a strong can-do attitude
You have a structured approach to your tasks.
Basic know-how of working with MS Office (Word and Excel).
Know how and working experience with SAP is a benefit but not a requirement.
Previous experience with process optimization projects is a benefit.

رفع فواتير المبيعات ليتم تجهيزها من قبل المستودع
تقديم الدعم الإداري لفريق المبيعات
التعامل مع جميع استفسارات العملاء بسرعة وكفاءة وفعالية من حيث التكلفة
تأكد من تحديث جميع أنظمة الأوراق الإدارية وإكمال جميع الأوراق المطلوبة بما يتماشى مع إرشادات الشركة
أي مهام أخرى مخصصة عند الاقتضاء
المؤهلات والخبرة:
لديك موقف قوي يمكن القيام به
لديك نهج منظم لمهامك.
المعرفة الأساسية للعمل مع MS Office (Word وExcel).
