Are you an experienced Head of Customer Experience? 

We're looking for an exceptional leader to join our team and lead our WordPress.com

support teams to deliver high-quality, responsive support to our customers, developers, and agencies. You will play a vital role in the Support division, also known as the Happiness division internally at Automattic, where you will also closely partner with Automattic’s Head of Support.


Your strategic and self-starter leadership will be the key to unlocking the team's growth and progress. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with peers who oversee support across our various businesses and foster a positive, supportive environment for your team members.


We want someone with a management style that involves creating order from chaos and can calmly and flexibly respond to changing conditions. You should be comfortable being both an inspirational leader and someone who can make difficult but necessary decisions. Your mission is to establish a positive, thriving environment for our team while also achieving great results for our business.
