Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree with 15-20 years of experience in accounting/finance

  • Professional qualifications are required (CA/ACCA/CPA/CMA/CFA)

  • Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in sectors such as automotive, engineering, EPC, contracting, construction, remittances, or insurance

  • Advanced skills in management accounting and information technology

Responsibilities

  • Supervising daily accounting operations

  • Lead and manage a finance team of 15-20 employees

  • Ensuring the accuracy and compliance of transactions and financial reports

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks and growth opportunities.

  • Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and liquidity management

  • Providing comprehensive financial reports to executive management

  • Implementing internal controls to protect company assets
