BetterUp Care Coach (Contractor)

What You’ll Do

Join an international, diverse, and passionate community of Coaches who are helping people everywhere live their lives with more clarity, purpose, and passion

Help organizations build higher performing workforces by giving members the tools and support they need to thrive in all aspects of their lives

Provide members with personalized, data-driven coaching that helps them move towards their goals and experience positive shifts in well-being

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

A health and wellness coaching credential from a recognized coaching association (ex. National Board of Health and Wellness, International Coaching Federation) OR a licensed therapist with supervised individual clinical work

Deep experience in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and/or solution-focused therapy, for mental well-being.

Several years of coaching experience with high-functioning individuals

Ability to drive member engagement and outcomes leveraging technology

Passionate about coaching techniques based in research to drive outcomes

Norwegian and Finnish Speaking BetterUp Lead Coach (Contractor)

What You’ll Do

Provide members with personalized, data-driven coaching through our proprietary Whole Person Model, which measures the mindsets and behaviors that research shows to be key drivers of performance outcomes such as productivity, engagement, team performance, resilience (and many more!)

Help clients to identify their strengths, create a growth plan, reach their goals, and transform — personally and professionally

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

A coaching credential from a major coaching organization (ex. International Coaching Federation, European Mentoring and Coaching Council, etc.)

Several years of coaching experience with established and emerging leaders

Several years of professional managerial experience

Ability to drive member engagement and outcomes by leveraging technology

Passionate about coaching techniques based in research to drive outcomes
