Call Centre Agent (Arabic Nationality)


We are looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, provide excellent service, and support day-to-day communication with clients.


Requirements:


Must be of Arabic nationality.


Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Good computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).


Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.


Proficiency in Arabic and English (speaking and writing).
