People & Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Dubai – United Arab Emirates

BBGC is a global technology consultancy firm with offices across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and the USA. Our expertise spans from sustainable software development to cloud services and operational excellence strategy, with deep specialization in Capital Markets, particularly Trading and Risk Management functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead talent acquisition to deliver timely hiring for BBGC and its clients.

  • Own all processes related to recruitment, from sourcing and headhunting to onboarding.

  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (Workable) and agency relationships.

  • Lead the people strategy and build a strong internal culture at BBGC.

  • Oversee HR activities such as onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and development frameworks.

  • Introduce and enhance tools, processes, and initiatives that foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all people-related matters.

  • Support employee engagement events and related project work.

  • Drive attraction, employer branding, and marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in technology talent acquisition, preferably in a consultancy environment.

  • Hands-on and strategic leadership experience in people management.

  • Proven track record in building HR/talent functions and successfully scaling teams.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in a people role within a global business.

  • Team player and collaborative problem solver.
