About the Role
As a Driver-Lead, you will ensure a smooth and high-quality transportation experience for our guests, handling the safe and timely delivery of vehicles, luggage, and providing outstanding customer service. Your role is vital in helping maintain the excellent service standards that Marriott International is known for. You will be expected to lead a team, offering guidance and support, ensuring all transportation-related tasks are executed efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of drivers, ensuring that guest transport services are carried out efficiently and on time.
Ensure the proper maintenance and cleanliness of vehicles.
Deliver excellent service by assisting guests with transportation needs and providing a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Supervise, train, and motivate the driver team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.
Monitor and ensure safety compliance, handling any transportation-related issues or emergencies effectively.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local area and traffic conditions to ensure timely transportation.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or a customer service-driven industry.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Knowledge of the local area and routes is a plus.
