الغرض من الوظيفة:
الإشراف على تقديم الخدمات الناعمة بكفاءة عالية بما في ذلك أعمال النظافة، تشغيل البوفيه (Pantry Operations)، والخدمات العامة. يضمن المشرف الحفاظ على معايير عالية للنظافة والسلامة وجودة الخدمة مع إدارة الفريق والتأكد من الالتزام بسياسات الشركة وتوقعات العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
الإشراف على أنشطة فريق الخدمات الناعمة وتنسيق عملهم.
توزيع المهام وجدولة أعمال فرق النظافة والبوفيه.
القيام بجولات تفتيش منتظمة لضمان النظافة والالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
طلب وإدارة المخزون من الأدوات والمواد الخاصة بالخدمات.
ضمان الالتزام التام بمعايير الجودة والسلامة والصحة المهنية.
التعامل مع طلبات العملاء أو شكاواهم بسرعة واحترافية.
الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة عن الأنشطة والتقارير والفحوصات.

الغرض من الوظيفة:
تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة والإصلاح والتركيب لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء (HVAC) لضمان تشغيلها بكفاءة، والحفاظ على بيئة مريحة وآمنة داخل المباني المدارة من قبل الشركة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:

Job Purpose:
The Soft Services Supervisor oversees the efficient delivery of soft services such as housekeeping, pantry operations, and general support. The role involves managing the team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality, while ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the soft services team.
Assign tasks and manage schedules for cleaning and pantry staff.
