Experience:

Desirable qualifications, skills, and experience

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Transportation Management, or a related field (relevant certifications or training in passenger services is a plus).

15+ years of experience in passenger railway services, onboard services, or a related field, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and team management.

Experience of at least 1 major passenger rail start up from planning through to implementation.

Ideally the candidate will have knowledge and experience within the Middle East

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

At least 5 years’ experience in managing staff within a competence management framework including conducting staff assessments and reviews.

Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of Railway Rules, Safety regulations and emergency response procedures in the passenger railway industry.

A full understanding of Competence Management Systems.

Proficiency in using onboard management software and systems.

Production Process Specialist

Requirements :

A minimum of 5- 8 years of relevant experience. 

Experience and background in maintenance and operations

Experience in managing matrix teams, has supervisory experience

Has knowledge and understanding of LEAN Management and or Six SIGMA principles.

Should have experience in SAP

Systems and Facilities Director

Experience: 

20 years’ experience on Railway Systems, preferably including the whole railway lifecycle (FEED, Design, Installation, Test & Commissioning and Operations & Maintenance).

12 years’ relevant experience in Signalling, Telecommunications and Power Systems Maintenance Management.

Preferably with experience in Facility Management

Proven experience in a similar position within Railway Sector.

Relevant experience in a heavy rail environment in the Middle East.

Head of Commercial Systems

Experience: 

Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and service level agreement management.

Extensive experience (8+ years) in managing and implementing commercial systems within the transportation industry (preferably long-distance train operator).

In-depth knowledge of central reservation/inventory systems and point of sales systems (B2C website and mobile app)

Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale system development projects from inception to implementation.

Quality & Environment Officer

Experience: 

3 years working in a quality or quality related field

3 years working in an environment or environment related field

Familiarity with calibration standards such as ISO 17025 is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other document editing tools.

Familiarity with document management systems and software

Wagons Technician

Experience:

 Multi skilled over a number of disciplines

 Rolling Stock Maintenance desirable, mainly on the Locomotive side

 Working in harsh environments

Experience:  

Proven experience in managing and enhancing ERP and BI systems.

Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
