Job role:

Installing new software and hardware components.

Assisting with network administration tasks.

Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.

Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.

Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.

Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

Check system and application logs.

Check licenses for all operating system related software.

Monitor and check daily, weekly and monthly backup.

Responsible for the firewall & anti-spam.

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance daily, weekly and monthly report to direct manager.
