Key Responsibilities

 • Analyze sales performance across all restaurant branches and product lines.

 • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

 • Track menu item performance and recommend pricing strategies and promotions.

 • Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer preferences in the F&B industry.

 • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance sales strategies.

 • Monitor competitor performance and provide insights for product improvement.

 • Prepare accurate forecasts to support decision-making and inventory planning.

Requirements

 • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

 • 3–5 years of experience in sales analysis, product performance, or business intelligence (F&B experience preferred).

 • Strong knowledge of Excel, data analytics, and reporting tools.

 • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

 • Strong communication and presentation abilities.

 • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced F&B environment.
