Key Responsibilities:

We are reputed Engineering Consultants based in Doha, We are looking for Senior structure Engineer with more than 15+ years of experience, preferable will be given to some with Consultant Background.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the team of Structural Engineers by delegating work according to projects priorities, technical challenges, and contractual milestones.

Set out the statical system for structural design of the projects.

Provide technical oversight to the Structural staff engaged in design and documentation of projects.

Make authoritative design decisions and recommendations coordinated with project requirements.

Provide leadership in the exchange of knowledge relating to best, current international practice and in identification and analysis of new technology and trends.

Responsible for Design of all Structural systems and elements, issue the structural calculations …etc.

Issue project specifications for all Structural disciplines, developing construction documents using MS Office, AutoCAD and/or Revit.

Coordination work with other departments.

Assist and help in preparing tenders and Quotations.

Plan and maintain project budgets and schedule planning activities with team and managers.

Monitoring, coaching, and developing Structural Engineering team members.

Documenting project issues/conditions.

Support review of subcontractors' invoices, when required for technical assistance.

Assist the Contract/QS Manager on Technical and Department issues.
