We're Hiring #Service_Advisor For Cars Garage



▪️Key Responsibilities:


• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.


• Listen to customer concerns and accurately record service/repair requirements.


• Provide accurate cost estimates, repair timelines, and explain work required.


• Open and manage job cards, ensuring all vehicle details and customer requests are documented.


• Communicate with workshop technicians to ensure correct repairs and servicing are carried out.


• Update customers on job progress, additional repair needs, and delays (if any).


• Ensure customer approval is obtained before carrying out extra work.


• Check completed work before delivery to ensure quality standards.


• Explain invoices and work done to customers clearly.


• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.


• Maintain service records &contribute to achieving workshop targets (productivity, revenue, customer satisfaction).
