Human Resources Generalist (Hurghada Resident)

Gourmet Food Stores, a leading provider of high-quality food products in El Gouna Hurghada, is seeking a talented and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Administer employee benefits and payroll.

• Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions.

• Stay up-to-date on current HR laws and regulations.

• Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.

• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be a Hurghada resident.
