“The leading company in Mild Steel manufacturing in Egypt, The company was founded in 1989 ,the factory is considered to be one of the largest factory in Egypt.

Also they offers a prompt supply of mild steel tubes and tubular components to various demanding market sectors including fertilizers plants, petro-chemical facilities, engineering works, cement factories, sugar refineries, power stations, atomic plants and for civil constructions”.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

* Must have more than 7 years of HR experiences and proven working experience as HR section Head or other HR Executive role.

* People oriented and results driven.

* Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.

* Knowledge of HR systems and databases.

* Excellent using Microsoft office and Visio program.

* Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

* Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

* Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

* Degree in Human Resources.

* V.good in written and spoken English

* Good analytical skills

* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
