 Immediate Hiring – Purchase Coordinator 


  Location: Fujairah, UAE


  Company: Al Mulla Group UAE


We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Purchase Coordinator to join our procurement team immediately.


If you are detail-oriented, proactive, and have 1–2 years of UAE procurement experience, we want to hear from you today!




 Key Responsibilities:


 ✅ Procure materials, equipment, and services efficiently


 ✅ Evaluate and manage vendor performance


 ✅ Maintain accurate purchase and delivery records


 ✅ Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries


 ✅ Manage supplier relationships


 ✅ Ensure compliance with procurement policies


 ✅ Exposure to export and import documentation is a must




 Qualifications:


  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field


  1–2 years of UAE procurement experience (mandatory)


  Strong negotiation, communication & analytical skills


  Proficient in MS Office and procurement software


  Immediate joiners only






 Salary: AED 2,000–2,500 + benefits
