Project Controls Engineer (E&I Oil & Gas Construction)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced E&I (Electrical & Instrumentation) Project Controls cum Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team, specializing in Oil & Gas construction projects. Responsible for monitoring Project Progress & cost against Planned values. Able to prepare detailed resource loaded schedule, check achieved progress and prepare monthly invoicing. Identify & submit variation & claims for additional works as per contract.
*Duties & responsibility:
Ø Planning & Scheduling:
Review Plan & prepare detailed Resource Loaded Schedule for all E&I activities.
Update & Monitor Actual Progress against Baseline.
Calculate achieve progress weightage & generate reports for invoicing.
Generate measurement reports & monthly Invoicing.
Ø Cost Estimation & Monitor:
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for E&I components based on project specifications.
Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any deviations.
Prepare accurate cost estimates & Budget considering materials, labor, and other relevant factors.
Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine cost estimates as necessary.
Ø Cost Control:
Implement effective cost control measures to optimize project expenditures.
Conduct regular cost analyses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures.
Ø Contract Administration:
Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure contractual terms align with project requirements and budget constraints.
Administer contract variations and resolve commercial issues as they arise.
*Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Proven 10 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, Project Controls, for E&I Works in Oil & Gas construction projects.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
Strong understanding of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
مهندس ضوابط المشروع (E&I إنشاءات النفط والغاز)
نحن نبحث عن مهندس تخطيط وضوابط مشروع E&I (الكهربائية والأجهزة) ومهندس تخطيط ماهر وذوي خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا الديناميكي المتخصص في مشاريع بناء النفط والغاز. مسؤول عن مراقبة تقدم المشروع والتكلفة مقابل القيم المخططة. قادر على إعداد جدول زمني مفصل لتحميل الموارد والتحقق من التقدم المحرز وإعداد الفواتير الشهرية. تحديد وتقديم الاختلافات والمطالبات للأعمال الإضافية وفقًا للعقد.
* الواجبات والمسؤوليات:
Ø التخطيط والجدولة:
مراجعة الخطة وإعداد جدول زمني مفصل محمل بالموارد لجميع أنشطة E&I.
تحديث ومراقبة التقدم الفعلي مقابل خط الأساس.
حساب تحقيق وزن التقدم وإنشاء تقارير للفواتير.
إنشاء تقارير القياس والفواتير الشهرية.
Ø تقدير التكلفة ومراقبتها:
قم بإجراء عمليات إقلاع تفصيلية للكمية لمكونات E&I بناءً على مواصفات المشروع.
مراقبة ومراقبة تكاليف المشروع وتحديد ومعالجة أي انحرافات.
قم بإعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكلفة والميزانية مع الأخذ في الاعتبار المواد والعمالة والعوامل الأخرى ذات الصلة.
التعاون مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين لتحسين تقديرات التكلفة حسب الضرورة.
Ø التحكم في التكاليف:
تنفيذ تدابير فعالة للتحكم في التكاليف لتحسين نفقات المشروع.
إجراء تحليلات منتظمة للتكاليف والتوصية بمبادرات لتوفير التكاليف.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات مراقبة التكاليف.
Ø إدارة العقود:
مراجعة العقود والتفاوض بشأنها مع البائعين والمقاولين من الباطن والموردين.
تأكد من أن الشروط التعاقدية تتوافق مع متطلبات المشروع وقيود الميزانية.
إدارة تغييرات العقد وحل المشكلات التجارية عند ظهورها.
*متطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في الأجهزة، الهندسة الكهربائية، الإلكترونيات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
أثبتت خبرته لمدة 10 سنوات كمهندس تخطيط، وضوابط المشروع، لأعمال E&I في مشاريع إنشاءات النفط والغاز.
الإلمام بالبرامج والأدوات الخاصة بالصناعة.
فهم قوي للقوانين والمعايير واللوائح ذات الصلة.
مهارات ممتازة في التفاوض والتواصل.
