Job Title: Business Development Manager


Location: Bahrain


Start Date: Immediate




Company Overview:


We are a diversified business group in Bahrain with multiple verticals, including Oil & Gas, IT, and Media. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across our diverse business portfolio.




Key Responsibilities:




Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities across multiple sectors, particularly Oil & Gas, IT, and Media.




Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the Middle East.




Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for the company and its clients.




Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activity, and potential areas for expansion.




Develop and implement business growth strategies in alignment with company objectives.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and client deliverables.




Prepare regular reports on business performance, pipeline, and opportunities.




Requirements:




Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the Middle East.




Proven track record of achieving business growth and meeting targets.








Valid driving licence (Middle East driving experience preferred).




Strong management and leadership skills.




Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.




Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




Strong understanding of multicultural business environments.
