Job Title: Project Engineer – Engineering Department

Location : Jebel Ali Free Zone – Dubai UAE

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Fabtech International is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Engineering Department. The role will be responsible for managing engineering deliverables, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring projects meet technical specifications, timelines, and industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for engineering projects.

Order materials using SAP in line with project requirements.

Raise and manage Technical Queries (TQ) for engineering clarification.

Coordinate closely with the Procurement Department to ensure timely material availability.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical or Civil.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in material grades used in Oil & Gas / Energy sector steel structure projects.

Hands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

Experience Required:

Minimum 8 Years relevant experience in the Oil & Gas / Energy sector.

Proven track record in BOM preparation, material ordering, and technical query management.
