Job Title: Secretary

Location: [ Alexandria , Egypt ]

Job Type: Full-time 

Education Level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Job Description:

- Answering phone calls and responding to messages in a timely and professional manner

Secretaries handle office phone lines, directing each call to the appropriate individual.

They manage solicitation calls, client inquiries, and take messages.

They arrange meetings, appointments, and coordinate schedules for executives and staff.

- Managing the reception area

- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

- Coordinating with other departments 

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
