Senior IT Engineer

Location: Al Khobar, Eastern Province – Saudi Arabia

Job Description:

Manage, support, and optimize IT infrastructure, networks, and enterprise applications.
Handle complex hardware, software, and network issues escalated from Level 1 & 2 support.
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to reduce recurring issues.
Manage system upgrades, patching, and security hardening.
Oversee setup of user accounts, profiles, and security policies.
Ensure compliance with IT standards, security guidelines, and audit requirements.
Monitor system performance and provide input on IT projects.
Support backup strategies.
Guide and mentor IT Support Engineers.
Act as escalation point for urgent/unresolved tickets.
Collaborate with business units to understand IT needs and deliver proactive solutions.
Communicate with management on risks, issues, and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

5–8 years of IT experience in a senior role.
Proven expertise in IT infrastructure, networks, security, and enterprise applications.
Strong exposure to construction industry applications (Primavera, Autodesk ACC, Aconex).
Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and contract negotiation.
