Job Description:

  • Act as first-level support for existing and new-to-bank customers regarding SQMEA product offerings, including daily operational inquiries, onboarding, and complaint management.

  • Provide effective support to Relationship Managers for various administrative tasks.

  • Proactively broaden and deepen relationships with existing and new-to-bank customers through effective communication and delivery of Swissquote products.

  • Serve as a liaison with headquarters for problem-solving and proposition development according to departmental requirements.

  • Assist in resolving queries from customers and internal/external relationships directly within own area of responsibility.
