Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant
Benefits:

  • Competitive salary based on experience and skills, starting from 1,800 SAR

  • Working hours: 10 hours according to schedule

  • One day off per week as per coordination

Skills & Requirements

  • Female candidates only

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently

  • Intermediate English reading and speaking skills

  • Experience in a similar field is preferred

  • Working period: 5 - 7 days

Responsibilities

  • Monitor security cameras and ensure site safety and security

  • Accurately enter data into various systems

  • Complete routine requirements in coordination with relevant departments

  • Follow up on task execution and ensure timely completion

  • Support different teams and departments, especially HR and accounting
