Job Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business by establishing direct contact with customers, maintaining strong relationships with large-scale accounts, and driving growth in orders and revenue. The role also focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction by developing strategic relationships and aligning solutions with business and IT initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business and increase revenue by engaging with customers at operational, management, and executive levels.

  • Analyze the market through understanding trends and dynamics and develop account strategies.

  • Build a customer information repository including IT spend, current service providers, pain points, and mapping with Orange solutions.

  • Leverage existing relationships with ecosystem partners to expand customer engagement and create unique business value.

  • Identify new sales opportunities in the target market through prospecting, visits, networking, lead generation, proposals, and customer appointments.

  • Engage with current and potential customers at multiple levels to understand overall strategy and key business drivers; develop a roadmap to facilitate closure of Orange contracts (network services, solution sets, IS procurement, value-added services).
