 Job Vacancy: Business Service Manager

About the Role:

Responsible for the operational performance of LIXIL-Grohe service providers & ensuring service excellence in Qatar.
The role involves daily issue resolution, technical support, spare parts management, forecasting, handling service incidents, customer satisfaction, brand reputation, warranty reporting, contracts & invoicing, and VIP customer visits.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily operational & field service management including back-office and field teams (task assignment, KPIs, targets).

  • Spare parts stock management and SAP updates.

  • Monitoring service partners’ performance and reporting.

  • Case routing, escalation, assignment, and tracking.

  • Service visits to VIP customers and project sites.

  • Invoicing of spare parts & services.

  • Technical support for the GROHE product portfolio.

  • Implement cost-efficient service practices (remote support, parts vs. product replacement).

  • Support spare parts sales and distribution initiatives.

  • Execute other tasks assigned by Service Gulf & Levant Leader.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT and/or Engineering.

  • Engineering background with 3–5 years in technical service.

  • Strong technical & analytical mindset, problem solver, result oriented.

  • Advanced PC skills, ability to read electrical schemes & explode drawings.

  • Preferably experienced in CRM, FSM, WMS & SAP.

  • Plumbing expertise is a plus (not mandatory).

  • Service experience in automotive, heating, or AC fields.

  • Customer-focused, able to handle objections and communicate effectively.
