Job Vacancy: Real Estate Agent (Arabic & English Speaking)

Job Type: Full-time, on-site, 50/50 commission, no basic salary

Position: Real Estate Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in finding suitable properties according to their needs.

  • Communicate effectively and build long-term relationships with clients.

  • Work in a collaborative team environment focused on growth and expanding the client portfolio.

  • Manage sales and commissions according to company policies.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Based in the UAE with a valid visa.

  • Previous experience in real estate is preferred, but motivated beginners are welcome.

  • Strong negotiation, sales, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
