Kitchen Assistant


Description

Support pizza chef in preparation tasks, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure timely supply of ingredients during service hours.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Prepare toppings and ingredients (chopping, slicing, etc).

 

- Assist in dough preparation and assembly.

 

- Operate kitchen equipment as needed.

 

- Clean kitchen surfaces and equipment.

 

- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.

 

- Maintain the oven and pizza stretching.

- 1-3 years kitchen experience preferred in pizza shop.

 

- Food handling knowledge and certification desirable.

 

- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

 

- Reliable and punctual.

 

- Ability to learn the recipe and improve their skills.
