Logistics Coordinator (0-2 Years Experience) (Preferred Sudani Nationality)

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the daily shipment of goods via various carriers (truckload, LTL, parcel).


Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses, customers, and carriers.


Track and trace shipments in real-time, proactively communicating any delays to stakeholders.


Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our logistics software system.


Assist in preparing shipping documents, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.


Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal team members via phone and email.


Help resolve any logistical issues or discrepancies that may arise.


Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
