Maintenance Manager
Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
Supervising and leading all pool maintenance processes and operations.
Tracking expenses and overseeing the budget.
Maintaining all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
Creating and implementing pool maintenance procedures.
Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
Planning and managing all repair and installation activities.
Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates.
Documenting and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
Overseeing equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary.
Maintenance Manager Requirements:
Should have proven experience as Mechanical and Electrical engineer.
Should have proven experience in construction field
Should have minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management.
Should have 10 years of experience in GCC.
Must be UPDA Certified.
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Age between 35 to 40.
Should have Qatar Driving License.
Strong knowledge machines and equipment.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

مسؤوليات مدير الصيانة:
الإشراف وقيادة جميع عمليات وعمليات صيانة حمامات السباحة.
تتبع النفقات والإشراف على الميزانية.
صيانة جميع الآلات للتأكد من أنها في معايير العمل.
إنشاء وتنفيذ إجراءات صيانة حمام السباحة.
إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للمنشآت للكشف عن المشاكل وحلها.
تخطيط وإدارة جميع أنشطة الإصلاح والتركيب.
التأكد من التزام جميع العاملين في القسم بسياسات وإجراءات السلامة.

توثيق وإعداد التقارير المرحلية اليومية وسجلات الصيانة.
الإشراف على مخزون المعدات وتقديم طلبات الإمدادات الجديدة عند الضرورة.
متطلبات مدير الصيانة:
يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة مثبتة كمهندس ميكانيكي وكهربائي.
يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة مثبتة في مجال البناء
يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في إدارة المرافق.
يجب أن يكون لديه 10 سنوات من الخبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
يجب أن يكون معتمدًا من UPDA.
يفضل الحصول على بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية.
العمر بين 35 إلى 40.
يجب أن يكون لديه رخصة قيادة قطرية.
آلات ومعدات معرفة قوية.
قدرات تنظيمية وقيادية ممتازة.
مهارات الاتصال والتعامل مع الآخرين استثنائية.
