We are looking for a Project Manager Civil maintenance available in Qatar to manage a Civil-electromechanical maintenance project in Misaeed.

Plan, execute, and manage the project execution with all related activities (Civil-Mechanical-Electrical).

Manage all communication with clients for various multiple activities and provide engineering and technical support

Administer all civil engineering maintenance, prepare drafts and cost monitoring, and ensure compliance to schedule and budget and document.

Supervise efficient working of all engineering staff (Civil - Electrical and Mechanical) evaluate all work and provide required training to manage all project activities efficiently.

Analyze and recommend appropriate strategies for all key management issues and interview various candidates according to the scope of the project.

Evaluate and coordinate with various departments and prepare required technical reports for all maintenance activities and make presentations at various meetings.

Prepare all engineering drawings and assist to make all design calculations.

Lead the relationship with the client, attend the meetings, manage and supervise the documents submittals.

7+ project management skills preferred in water treatment plants

Qatar transferable RP
