Misr Elkheir Foundation is hiring : 

Position : Senior Accountant 

Location : Cairo / Mokattam

Job Responsibilities:

 • Ensuring compliance with all internal and external regulations, and safeguarding foundation/donor’s assets.

 • Perform grants-related post-award functions, including budget and expenditure analysis, financial reporting, labor distribution changes, reconciliations, re-budgeting, and grant closeout.

 • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to donors as required and consider internal management purposes.

 • Participate in preparing the project budget according to financial, tax, and social insurance regulations.

 • Review and approve all cash payments, salaries, purchasing cycles, tenders, and petty cash regarding the project budget. 

• Reviewing all contracts in respect of the financial and project terms.

 • Reconcile account balances and bank statements, maintain general ledger, and prepare month-end closing.

 • Periodically review and compare actual expenses with what is available in the project’s budgets and identify deviations.

 • Provide financial support and advice to the project team to achieve success.

 • Review and recommend amendments to procedures for the success of projects.

 • Provide all direct support to internal and external auditors to ensure compliance.

 • The procedures and policies of the institution in all its dealings with the procedures and policies of the project, following the protocol, shall be compatible.

 • Ensure compliance with IFRS principles.

 • Provide support to set up and monitor internal financial control with EU regulations and be compatible.

Job Requirments:

• Bachelor’ degree .

 • Having an Experience between 3:5 years of experience.

 • IFRS certificate Or other related certificates.
