Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in off-plan property sales.

Deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in off-plan properties, and familiarity with relevant regulations and laws.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant sales and marketing tools.

Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages such as Chinese, Russian, German & Arabic is a plus.

UAE driving license is required.
