المسمى الوظيفي: مدير الشؤون القانونية / رئيس الشؤون القانونية – Legal Director / Head of Legal
المهام والمسؤوليات:
قيادة الفريق القانوني للشركة والإشراف على جميع القضايا القانونية والتنظيمية.
تقديم الاستشارات القانونية للإدارة التنفيذية ومجلس الإدارة بشأن الاستراتيجيات والقرارات التجارية.
صياغة ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات التجارية، بما في ذلك اتفاقيات الشراكة، الترخيص، والامتثال.
إدارة القضايا القانونية والنزاعات المحتملة وحماية مصالح الشركة أمام الجهات القضائية والتنظيمية.
متابعة القوانين واللوائح المحلية والدولية ذات الصلة (الذكاء الاصطناعي، التكنولوجيا المالية، الأمن السيبراني، حماية البيانات).
الإشراف على سياسات الامتثال الداخلي وضمان توافقها مع متطلبات الهيئات التنظيمية السعودية والدولية.
قيادة استراتيجيات إدارة المخاطر القانونية وتقديم حلول عملية تدعم النمو التجاري للشركة.
تمثيل الشركة أمام المستشارين القانونيين الخارجيين والهيئات الحكومية والتنظيمية.
تطوير وتدريب الفريق القانوني الداخلي ورفع كفاءته لمواكبة التغيرات السريعة في السوق.

المتطلبات:
شهادة بكالوريوس في القانون (ويُفضل وجود درجة ماجستير أو مؤهل مهني إضافي).
خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المجال القانوني، منها 5 سنوات في منصب قيادي بإدارة قانونية.
خبرة مثبتة في التعامل مع قضايا الشركات التقنية أو المالية أو الأمن السيبراني.
إلمام شامل بالقوانين السعودية والأنظمة ذات الصلة، خاصة لوائح البنك المركزي السعودي وهيئة السوق المالية.
مهارات تواصل قوية وقدرة عالية على التفاوض وصياغة العقود.
إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة بشكل احترافي.

Job Title: Legal Director / Head of Legal
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the company’s legal department and all legal and regulatory matters.
Provide legal advice to the executive leadership and board of directors on strategic business decisions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, including partnerships, licensing, and compliance.
Manage legal disputes and litigation to protect the company’s interests before courts and regulatory bodies.
Stay updated on local and international laws and regulations related to AI, fintech, cybersecurity, and data protection.
Supervise compliance programs and ensure adherence to Saudi and international regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement legal risk management strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Represent the company in dealings with external counsel, government authorities, and regulators.
Mentor and develop the in-house legal team to build expertise in emerging regulatory and business areas.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s degree or professional legal certification preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of legal experience, including 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven expertise in legal matters related to technology, finance, or cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of Saudi laws, particularly regulations of SAMA and CMA.
Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
