Operational Safety Trainer (Full-Time)



Industry: Automobiles  


Location: Qatar  




Key Requirements:


- NEBOSH or IOSH certification (mandatory)  


- Experience in creating Safety Manuals, SOPs, and training content  


- Valid QID with NOC  




Job Responsibilities:


- Conduct 5S & Operational Safety training across departments  


- Deliver Kikken Yochi & Hiyari Hatto training programs  


- Organize safety events, Gemba audits, and drive continuous safety improvements  


- Develop and update Safety Operational Manuals, SOPs, and evaluation tools  


- Lead safety campaigns and kaizen activities to promote awareness among staff and customers
