Operations & Business Development Manager – Muscat

A food and hospitality company is seeking a preferred Filipino candidate for a leadership role in business and operations management. Key responsibilities include driving growth and revenue through sales across branches, events, catering, partnerships, and online platforms, while following up on leads, negotiating, and closing B2B deals. The role requires overseeing operations coordinators, ensuring smooth daily activities, supervising kitchen production, monitoring inventory, and maintaining hygiene and quality standards. The candidate will lead and motivate all teams, conduct meetings and performance reviews, and ensure training and development. Building strong customer and partner relationships, handling escalations, and consolidating monthly reports are also required. Applicants must have 5–8 years’ experience in operations, retail, food & beverage, or business management, fluency in English and Arabic, a car with an Oman driving license, and strong leadership and organizational skills.
