Job Responsibilities & Skills:




1. Communication Skills




English is a must


Clear verbal communication for pitching and presenting


Active listening to understand client needs


Ability to handle objections and negotiations professionally


2. Sales & Persuasion Skills




Strong understanding of consultative selling


Ability to close deals in face-to-face settings


Proven experience with upselling and cross-selling


3. Territory Management




Efficiently manage sales routes and daily plans


Prioritize high-potential clients and regions


Familiarity with field sales tracking tools or CRMs


4. Product & Market Knowledge




Deep understanding of the company's offerings


Awareness of industry trends and competitor products


Ability to translate product features into business benefits
