Position: Sales Manager

Location: Muscat – Oman
Salary: $2,000 – $3,000 USD
Experience: Entry to Mid-level (3 – 5 years)
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for real estate products defined by management.

  • Build long-term and effective relationships with clients.

  • Maximize sales through various and innovative channels to increase company revenue.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, providing support throughout the sales process.

  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to generate new leads.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, client data, and activity reports.

  • Visit assigned locations to identify and target potential clients to expand the client database.

  • Understand client needs and provide detailed information on products and pricing to meet expectations.

  • Present demos of DarGlobal product ranges when required.

  • Collect market and competitor intelligence to support the business development team.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team and represent the company in exhibitions and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline.

  • Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in property sales or related fields.
