Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients

Answer phones

Schedule appointments

Verify patient information

Collect payments

Maintain patient records

Communicate with medical staff

Provide information to patients

Manage waiting room

Follow safety and privacy protocols

Handle administrative tasks

Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience as a receptionist or related field.

Good English language.

Good basic computer skills.
