Professional saleswomen are required to work in the clothing trade.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in clothing retail.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English.

  • Transfer visa holder No. 18.

  • Knowledge of computer sales systems.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.

  • Understanding customer needs and assisting them in selecting products.

  • Cross-promoting and upselling products to increase sales.

  • Inform customers about the latest products and promotions.

  • Handling customer inquiries and phone calls.

  • Negotiate, close deals, and handle complaints in a professional manner.

  • Manage the sales process from quotes to invoices.

  • Achieve set sales targets.

  • Process online orders and coordinate with drivers for delivery.

  • Assist with inventory management including receiving and ordering products.

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the shop.

  • Reporting customer feedback and incidents to management.
