Jr. QA/QC Engineer (ELV)
Job description
Ensuring QC team maintain standards IAW-(ln Accordance With) the Approved Method Statements, Technical Orders/Manuals and ISO Standards.
• Development and review of the project Quality Program documentation manuals, work processes and reporting of quality records to project management of quality documents.
• Mentoring preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project/ Activity commencement.
• Providing QA/QC statistics and report QA/QC activities to Project QA/QC Manager
• Ensuring all project site compliance with Document Control system.
• Providing guidance and advice to the Project Manager on significant changes to the quality management system that have a direct impact on site operations.
• Facilitating Root Cause analysis process for site level NCRs and ensure corrective action and preventive action are acceptable and approves NCR prior to input in QMS.
• Tracking, monitoring and controlling site inputs into the quality system ensuring compliance with QMS.
• Processing, evaluating and submitting on time, completed Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Request (CAR), Inspections and audit reports to Project QA/QC Manager
• Preparing reports and generating metrics as necessary to understand and communicate site compliance of QMS.
• Providing supervision, direction and training to all QC team under his/her supervision.
• Reviewing and assisting in the development of QCP and ITP as needed to ensure QC processes and requirements are well defined and clearly articulated to subordinate QCis.
• Preparing and issuing audit reports noting system no-conformances and verifying effective corrective/preventative actions.
• Delivering audit assessment findings to Project QA/QC Manager and evaluate the need for any corrective/preventative action.
• Assuring that the contract obligation's for testing and record keeping are adhered to.
• Ensuring proper turnover of complete quality control, ensure that turnover documentation is maintained, organized and turned over on schedule.
• Assisting Project QA/QC Manager to manage a field document control system for construction drawings, specifications, test and inspection reports, vendor data and as-built drawings.
• Performing evaluations of sub- contractors' facilities to determine their capabilities in meeting the quality requirements.
• Reviewing the inspection for client representative/third party laboratory and subcontractors.
• Managing and ensure proper usage of site server including full documents control, all files on the server trackable, and project data is updated to the Project Server.
• Accountable for the performance of QA/QC staff on the implementation of QA Management system -throughout the project.
• Check & monitor progress/approval reports status daily, weekly and monthly, track storing, loading and delivery to the project site.
• Overall knowledgeable of safety policies and procedures and performs assigned duties in a safe manner and, while supervising others, has responsibility for their safety and ensures that they comply with established safety policies and procedures and practice safe work habits
• Assuring Safety as a part of each employee's job, active participation to the safety program is a condition of each employee's employment in order to achieve safer working environment.

• إعداد التقارير وإنشاء المقاييس اللازمة لفهم وإبلاغ امتثال الموقع لنظام إدارة الجودة.
• توفير الإشراف والتوجيه والتدريب لجميع فريق مراقبة الجودة تحت إشرافه.
• المراجعة والمساعدة في تطوير QCP وITP حسب الحاجة لضمان عمليات ومتطلبات مراقبة الجودة محددة بشكل جيد ومفصلة بوضوح لـ QCis التابعين.
• إعداد وإصدار تقارير التدقيق مع ملاحظة عدم مطابقة النظام والتحقق من الإجراءات التصحيحية/الوقائية الفعالة.
• تسليم نتائج تقييم المراجعة إلى مدير ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة في المشروع وتقييم الحاجة إلى أي إجراء تصحيحي/وقائي.
• التأكد من الالتزام بالتزامات العقد الخاصة بالاختبار وحفظ السجلات.
• ضمان الدوران السليم لمراقبة الجودة الكاملة، والتأكد من الحفاظ على وثائق الدوران وتنظيمها وتسليمها في الموعد المحدد.
• مساعدة مدير ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة في المشروع لإدارة نظام مراقبة المستندات الميدانية لرسومات البناء والمواصفات وتقارير الاختبار والتفتيش وبيانات البائع والرسومات المبنية.
• إجراء تقييمات للمقاولين من الباطن' المنشآت لتحديد قدراتها في تلبية متطلبات الجودة.
• مراجعة التفتيش لممثل العميل/مختبر الطرف الثالث والمقاولين من الباطن.
• إدارة وضمان الاستخدام السليم لخادم الموقع بما في ذلك التحكم الكامل في المستندات، وتتبع جميع الملفات الموجودة على الخادم، وتحديث بيانات المشروع إلى خادم المشروع.
• المسؤولين عن أداء موظفي ضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة بشأن تنفيذ نظام إدارة ضمان الجودة-طوال المشروع.
