Quantity Surveyor
Review submissions of payments applications from PMC/ Secondments, General Engineering Consultant (GEC) and Contractors for the department/ programme; RPD/.
To achieve the process duration and quality target of the payment process specified in Payment Team Scorecard for the department/ programme under my responsibility.
Responsibilities :
Checking and processing day to day all types of payments for PWA/Program Contracts.
Team receives the request through system/ online.
Tasks are recorded on Ebook (task management systems internally for ESD).
Project Cost information is registered on APMS/PCM
Review payments applications and fill form of “Payment Control Check” Checklist based on payments type and requester.
Checking and processing the final accounts and final payment for PWA/Program Contracts.
Accountable for Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Payment Procedure in line with PWA’s Policies and Procedures.
Site visits and quantity verifying – quantities certified Vs work executed on site (selected team)
Qualifications
1- Commercial/QS experience of up to 10 years in the construction field.
2- Bilingual (Arabic – English)
3- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
1- Managing the payment process throughout the project life cycle.
2- Coordination with a different team engaged in the payment review cycle and providing technical support and justification to facilitate payment processing.
3- Analysis of the payment review performance (internally and externally)
4- Held workshops with the different parties to go through the payment analysis to enhance the performance and to ensure smooth processing.
5- Preparation for any presentation related to payments.

زيارات الموقع والتحقق من الكمية - الكميات المعتمدة مقابل العمل المنفذ في الموقع (الفريق المختار)
مؤهلات
1-خبرة تجارية/QS تصل إلى 10 سنوات في مجال البناء.
2- ثنائي اللغة (عربي – إنجليزي)
3- مهارات جيدة في برنامجي Excel وPowerPoint.
سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عما يلي:
1- إدارة عملية الدفع طوال دورة حياة المشروع.
2- التنسيق مع فريق مختلف مشارك في دورة مراجعة الدفع وتقديم الدعم الفني والمبررات لتسهيل معالجة الدفع.
3- تحليل أداء مراجعة الدفع (داخلياً وخارجياً)
4- عقد ورش عمل مع الجهات المختلفة لتحليل المدفوعات لتحسين الأداء وضمان سلاسة المعالجة.
5- التحضير لأي عرض يتعلق بالمدفوعات.
