“Receivables, senior accountant”

Location: 10th of Ramadan - El Sharquia.

Job Description:

- Make daily report for balance of banks accounts.

- Ensure that all bank transactions recorded & maintained in Odoo system.

- Make any refunds for customer after review store's request.

- All banks reconciliation.

- Follow up collection of notes receivable on due date.

- Analysis daily sales report and compare payment methods with portals of 

Banks or microfinance Companies.

- Follow up with stores to deposit cash in banks.

- Trace POS batches, comparing them with banks statements and identify reference.

- Comparing the tenors for installment between soft copy scan and Portals of 

Banks or microfinance Companies.

- Review all financial consumers’ commission

- Verifying receivables balances and monitoring the customer’s balances confirmation.

- Comparing commission rate for all financial consumers deducted from statement

Of accounts with agreements with them.

- Prepare claims for microfinance companies.

- Recording all of AR transactions on Odoo system.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in accounting is required

- At least 3 years of experience as a receivable accountant in retail

- Odoo system knowledge is a must.

- Excellent computer skills in MS Office and database.

- 10th of Ramadan residents are preferable or the near areas.
