Recruiter – Oil & Gas (Qatar Projects)

Job Purpose:




To manage project-based recruitment of oil & gas technical professionals in Qatar, primarily QA/QC engineers, inspectors, supervisors, and related engineering roles, ensuring timely deployment as per client and project requirements.




Key Responsibilities:




• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Qatar oil & gas projects


• Source and shortlist QA/QC engineers, inspectors, supervisors, and technical staff


• Understand project scopes, client specifications, and certification requirements


• Conduct initial screening and technical assessments


• Verify candidate certifications, experience, and compliance documents


• Coordinate with HR and mobilization teams for onboarding and deployment


• Maintain recruitment trackers and meet project hiring deadlines




Requirements:




• Bachelor’s degree (HR, Engineering, or related)


• Above 5 years experience in oil & gas project recruitment in Qatar


• Strong understanding of QA/QC and inspection roles


• Experience in manpower outsourcing / EPC projects


• Knowledge of Qatar labor and mobilization processes




Key Skills:




• Project-based technical recruitment


• Strong communication and coordination skills


• Ability to manage urgent and bulk hiring


• Proficiency in recruitment tools and MS Excel




Preferred:




• Experience recruiting for Qatar Energy, EPC contractors, or major oil & gas operators in Qatar


• Immediate availability


• Qatar Driving License will be an added advantage
